The Privy Council has  allowed an appeal  by  Stephen Romel “Die” Stubbs, Andrew Davis and Clinton Evans.  The matter was remitted to the Court of Appeal for a re-hearing  before a differently constituted panel of Justices of  the Court of Appeal.  

A release from of  Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions  yesterday said “The Appellants remain in lawful custody at The Bahamas Department of Correctional Services.”
