Police on Wednesday were still trying to determine what caused the death of a 62-year-old man on Eleuthera the day before.

The man’s lifeless body was found at his residence in Deep Creek, Eleuthera around 4:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Officials said the man apparently had a small wound on his back raising suspicion about the circumstances surrounding his death.

An autopsy will now be performed to determine exactly how he died.
