Under Deportation Order, 112 Haitian nationals were deported to Port-au-Prince, Haiti on Wednesday.

A joint team of law enforcement officers accompanied the Haitian nationals as they departed the Lynden Pindling International Airport at 7:30 a.m. onboard a Bahamasair flight.

The group of Haitian nationals included 93 males and 19 females. 

The exercise was led by immigration officer Andrew Gittens and his team, along with officers of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force.
