A man was stabbed to death yesterday at Potter’s Cay Dock.

According to police reports, shortly after 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, a man was involved in an argument with another man at Potter’s Cay Dock. During that argument, one of the men stabbed the other critically injuring him.

Shortly after, the victim was rushed to hospital via a private vehicle where he later succumbed to his injuries.

A short while later police arrested a 31-year-old man in connection with this incident.

Investigations are ongoing.

Police reported that 41-year-old pilot Ricardo “Ricky” Laing of number six Booty Drive, Freeport, Grand Bahama surrendered to police in Grand Bahama shortly before 11 a.m. on Monday.

Laing is wanted by the Central Detective Unit in New Providence for questioning in reference to human trafficking.

Police also reported that the man shot and killed during a shootout with police on Saturday, May 16, 2015, has been identified as 20-year-old Deangelo Bodie Wallace of Spence Street.

Police confirmed that this matter was handed over to the coroner yesterday. All enquiries regarding this matter should be referred to the coroner.
