Aristo Development broke ground on Friday for the $40 million One Cable Beach luxury boutique residences.

One Cable Beach is a state-of-the-art all new curve construction project, which anticipates the employment of 200 educated workers with good work ethics, qualified sub-contractors and other professionals in the related field over the life of the project.

The 69 unit project is expected to be completed within 20-24 months.
