A stabbing incident has left a woman detained in hospital and listed in serious condition following an altercation with a woman known to her.

The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Thursday at Strachan’s Alley off Kemp Road.

The victim was stabbed to the head and neck, investigations continue.

The male shot and killed at Johnson Road last week Tuesday has been identified as 21-year-old Dakeil Curry of Step Street, Fox Hill.

Curry was shot to the head following an argument at a residence in the area.

A high-speed chase led to the arrest of a 27-year-old male of Johnson Road in connection to that murder.

The suspect was arrested while on bail for a murder committed in 2010.

At last report officers were looking for a second suspect, a 16-year-old boy of Step Street, Fox Hill.

On the other hand, police have also identified a second victim.

The man who was shot and killed at Yellow Elder Gardens last week Sunday has been identified as 24-year-old Kenrico Rolle of Romer Street, Fox Hill.

The victim died on Sunday, he was also shot to the head.
