Two women, one from Amsterdam and the other from from Jamaica are in police custody after they were found with a quantity of dangerous drugs at the Lynden Pindling International Airport LPIA on Friday.

According to reports, around 3:30 p.m., officers from the Drug Enforcement Unit conducted a search of a suitcase at LPIA) when they found just over three pounds of ecstasy pills.

The two women were subsequently arrested and taken into custody.

Investigations are ongoing.
