The Board of Directors of RBC FINCO last week announced the appointment of Mr. Robert Pantry to the position of Managing Director, RBC FINCO effective today.

Mr. Pantry is a 14-year banker with extensive operations and sales experience within the RBC Royal Bank network. RBC officials said Mr. Pantry has a well rounded lending background with a solid foundation in financial analysis and general business knowledge.

Mr. Pantry has been recognised over the years by RBC for his leadership strategies and implementation of developmental programs for employees while maintaining an outstanding level of performance. Over the past 14 years, he has proven his ability to achieve results and expand the business.

Mr. Pantry has a Master of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University and an undergraduate degree in Management from the same institution. He has two daughters Rache and Raegan Pantry and his hobbies include spending time with his family and friends, watching football, reading and boating. He credits much of his success and leadership ability to his mother who instilled a strong work ethic and taught him to always put people first.
