Two males appeared before Magistrate Constance Delancy yesterday on separate sexual assault charges.
Chancey Brown, 33, was accused of unlawful and non-consensual sexual intercourse with a 17- year-old male some time between April and May 2016.
Brown having been read his charges proceeded to asked the magistrate to please ask the commissioner of police to consider the nature of his offenses when being positioned in prison.
However, Magistrate Delancy said she could not make the commissioner place him in a particular place but would note the request on his remand warrant.
The accused was not required to enter a plea, not granted bail and until his voluntary bill of indictment on August 3rd, 2016.
Meanwhile, Samuel Kelly Jr., 26, was also arraigned on two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a 16- year-old female.
The first count was in relation to the first incident took place sometime between May 9th and 14th, 2016.
The second incidents occurred in July of 2014 and on May 8th, 2016.
Kelly was not required to enter a plea, denied bail and remanded until his voluntary bill of indictment on the August 3,2016.
