International Culture Month was proclaimed in Rawson Square on Saturday, October 10, 2015.

The National Proclamation also announced the 20th Anniversary of the International Culture Wine and Food Festival, which in October regularly showcases the cultures of different nationalities resident in The Bahamas.

The proclamation states that “the International Culture Wine & Food Festival has organized a month of activities and events that are intended to increase awareness of the ICWFF and its role in The Bahamas, highlight significant milestones and recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to the festival’s development.”
