Cable Bahamas And Cash ‘N Go Team Up To Provide More Payment Locations For Customers

In a move to meet customer requests for additional pay centres, Cable Bahamas has partnered with Cash ‘N Go to offer alternative sites for subscribers to make bill payments.

As of this week, Cable Bahamas customers in New Providence can visit one of the six Cash ‘N Go locations on the island to pay for their REV services.

The alternative payment sites include three Cash ‘N Go centres on Bay Street, Rosetta Street and Carmichael Road, as well as three Cash ‘N Go Bill Express locations on Prince Charles Drive, Gladstone Road South and The Shoppes at Cable Beach.

The REV Store at the Mall at Marathon will remain the primary location for all customer needs, including bill payments, account inquiries, transfers, new service activations and disconnections.

Vice President of Customer Fulfillment at Cable Bahamas David van Dyke said the company is thrilled to join forces with Cash ‘N Go to deliver yet another secure and convenient payment option for customers.

He added that Cable Bahamas is always listening to its valued customers to best determine how to serve them, and this partnership with Cash ‘N Go is a testament of that commitment.

Mr van Dyke anticipates that residents will be pleased with the option to now pay their Cable Bahamas and other utility bills at one location.

“Cash ‘N Go is a widely trusted alternative pay centre for many Nassau residents,” Mr van Dyke said. “We’re confident that our customers will view it as a convenience being able to pay Cable Bahamas bills, along with other utilities, at convenient locations closer to their home and jobs.”

Mr van Dyke revealed that Cable Bahamas intends to offer new service activations through Cash ‘N Go in the future, adding that the communications company anticipates the newly-established partnership will be a lasting one.

Cash ‘N Go Chairman I. Chester Cooper said, “We are delighted to now be able to accept real-time bill payments for Cable Bahamas, as we do for all utility companies in The Bahamas. We have revolutionized the landscape for bill payment, having created a fast, free and convenient one-stop shop at all Cash ‘N Go and Cash ‘N Go Bill Express locations. We are pleased to have entered this important partnership and extend this amazing convenience to Cable Bahamas’ clients.”

Cable Bahamas has announced plans to use Cash ‘N Go locations in Grand Bahama, Abaco and Exuma as alternate payment centres in the future.

Along with the REV Store and Cash ‘N Go locations, Cable Bahamas customers can also use one of several other options to make bill payments.

The methods include payment via mail using the provided postage paid envelope that comes with every monthly statement, Cable Bahamas’ web site or a personal bank’s web site, pre-authorised cheque, post-dated cheque, and cheque-payment drop box.
