More than 120 people turned out for an open house at Palm Cay last week, touring the nearly 70-acre oceanfront residential and marina development on New Providence’s southeastern shore.
The occasion was the launch of phase three of the community’s condominium component, The Anchorage.
Phases one and two are sold out and construction is slated to start soon on phase three which consists of 12, two-bedroom plus study units starting at $375,000.
The Palm Cay community has been one of the fastest growing in The Bahamas with more than 80 per cent of the single family lots sold, most of the garden and marina view townhouses occupied, the first two phases of The Anchorage condominiums under contract and with sales picking up at the luxury Starfish Isle beachfront and ocean view townhomes.
Palm Cay’s 172-slip marina has been awarded the top ranking by ActiveCaptain.com reviewers, the site that is for boaters what TripAdvisor is to other travelers.
The secure community also has pools, a restaurant and clubhouse and tennis courts among other amenities.
