The three men accused of shooting 10 people and killing four of them, in Fox Hill last December were arraigned in the Supreme Court on Friday.
Peter Rolle, 29 and co-accused 25-year-old Jermaine Curry and 22-year-old Justin Williams all stood before Senior Justice Jon Isaacs for their Supreme Court arraignment last week.
They were each charged with four counts of murder and six counts of attempted murder.
Police believe the men drove up on a group of people gathered on Freedom Park in Fox Hill who were listening to junkanoo results on December 27 and opened fire on the crowd.
Shaquille Demeritte, Claudincio Davis, Shacay (Shenique) Sands and Eric Morrison were all killed during that attack.
Leroy Taylor, Janet Davis, Chino Davis, Jermaine Pratt, John Davis, Benjamin Demeritte and Samuel Ferguson were injured.
The men were remanded to Her Majesty’s Prisons and will return to court on May 9 for the announcement of a trial date.
