A 20-year-old man has been arraigned for a murder that occurred last year in Grand Bahama.

Riggme Solivert of Garden Villa’s was arraigned before Magistrate Andrew Forbes in Magistrate Court number three on Friday.

Police believe he is one of several men responsible for the murder of Patrick Russell, who was found shot to death in a vehicle between Bruce and Weddell Avenue on March 7, 2011.

He was not required to enter a plea to the charge.

The matter was adjourned to the December 3rd for a preliminary inquiry.

Solivert was denied bail and remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison.

He is the third person to be charged in connection with that murder.
