The two women accused in the murder of businessman Kurt McCartney appeared in the Supreme Court asking for bail on Friday.
However, their bail hearing has been adjourned until April 22 before Senior Justice Jon Isaacs.
According to court sources, there were issues that arose with the affidavits of Plantol Street residents Lyndera Curry and Sumya Ingraham.
Kurt McCartney was killed execution style last October in Gambier Village.
His H2 Hummer SUV was found later near the area of Traveller’s Rest on West Bay Street.
In court two weeks ago, the accused – Thorne Edwards, Okell Farrington, Curry and Ingraham – all denied committing the offense when they appeared before Supreme Court Justice Carolita Bethel.
The Plantol Street residents also pleaded not guilty to the armed robbery charges.
According to court sources, Farrington and Knowles gave the judge individual notices of alibi.
The Bahama Journal understands however, that those notices did not contain all the information needed and the judge requested that the men turn them in when they next appear before her.
Owner of Virgo Car Rental, Terry Delancey also appeared in court and pleaded not guilty to being an accessory to the crime.
Delancey was granted $15,000 bail and is scheduled back in court on May 1.
The trial for Edwards, Curry, Farrington and Ingraham is expected to get underway on May 2.
Unlike Delancey however, they were all remanded to prison.
Curry and Ingraham are being represented by Geoffrey Farquharson.
