A 30-year-old woman was yesterday arrested following a video that went viral on social media capturing her firing a gun from a moving vehicle.
Chief Superintendent of police Solomon Cash said, “currently Firearm detectives are speaking with her to identify what was going on, and we have hopes of finding that illegal firearm.”
The video surfaced on Facebook’s BahamasNewsMaBey on December 31st, and has a total of 77,000 views, 1,367 shares, 681 comments, and 395 likes.
Mr. Cash has indicated to The Journal that questioning continues and investigations are ongoing.
