After a quiet July, police in Grand Bahama recorded a homicide yesterday.

Officials say the victim is a 46-year-old man of Drake Avenue.

Authorities say police were called to an apartment complex on Drake Avenue around 3:00 a.m.

There, they found the victim with multiple stab wounds to the body.

Police say a 45-year-old male of Drake Avenue is assisting with investigations.

Investigations are ongoing.
