Three men were arrested on Chub Cay in the Berry Islands Monday for breach of the Fisheries Act.
The men, a 41-year-old and two 18-year-olds were found to be in possession of a quantity of fresh crawfish.
Police arrested the men during a search of a fish-house in Chub Cay.
According to police, the men were charged with possession of a quantity of undersized crawfish and possession of a quantity of crawfish during the closed season.
The Bahamas crawfish season is closed from April 1 to July 31.
The men will appear in court in the Berry Islands on May 29 to be formally charged.

Eleven people were taken into custody during an illegal migration roundup on Grand Bahama Monday.
Officers of the Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) acting on information went to an area in Dover Sound, Grand Bahama around 3:30 p.m., where they observed a white 32-foot scarab vessel with three 250-horsepower outboard Yamaha engines pulled onto the ramp.
The officers observed a number of individuals who had been offloaded attempting to leave the area in two vehicles.
The officers eventually intercepted both vehicles and discovered three Bahamian males and one Bahamian female along with six Brazilian nationals – four males, two females and one Haitian national.
They were all arrested and handed over to Immigration authorities.
Investigations continue.
