A 25-year-old man was on Wednesday charged with the country’s 21st murder.
Neville Woodside of Lazaretto Road was arraigned before Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez for the March 21 murder of 31-year-old Sherwin Roberts Holbert.
Holbert was killed shot to death as he sat in his car outside a Chinese take-out restaurant.
Police allege that Woodside walked up to the car and shot Holbert to the head several times.
Woodside was not required to enter a plea and was remanded to prison.
Nine witnesses appear on the dockets.
