A number of American investigators are on the man-hunt for two men who they say fled to The Bahamas after the murder of an American teenager.
According to the Sun Sentinel, investigators are looking for Almanto Coakley, 38, who they say is wanted for the slaying of 17-year-old Marissa Karp.
The Broward County resident’s body was found stuffed in a plastic bag and thrown off a canal in 2002.
Police are also looking for Doyle Mackey, 41 – Coakley’s alleged accomplice.
US authorities say Coakley is one of two fugitives facing first-degree murder charges in a shooting that left two men dead and one paralysed the same year that Karp was slain.
Karp’s family has put out a $10,000 reward for anyone with information on her murder.
