Police are seeking the public’s help in locating the suspects responsible for two separate shooting incidents that left two men detained in hospital on Saturday.

In the first incident, shortly after 4 p.m., four men were sitting in a vehicle at the rear of a building on Key West Street, when two men armed with a handgun approached and shot one of them before fleeing on foot.

The injured man was taken to hospital where he is detained in serious condition.

In the second incident, shortly after 6 p.m., police said a man was standing in front of a bar on Dunmore Street, when a man armed with a handgun approached and shot him before fleeing on foot.

The victim was taken to hospital, where he remains in stable condition.
