A17-year-old boy was yesterday charged with one of the country’s latest murders.
The juvenile whose name is being withheld because of his age is accused of the August 15 shooting death of Luc Dupre.
Police reports said Dupre was riding his motorcycle in the Sunlight Cottage area when he was killed.
As neither his mother nor any relative elected to come forth to stand with him during his arraignment, a social worker stood by the juvenile as he faced charges for the crime.
He was not required to plea and was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prisons (HMP) until January 29, 2013 for a voluntary bill of indictment.
