Police are searching for a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman yesterday morning.

According to police reports the incident occurred after 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at a home on Fifth Street, Coconut Grove.

The woman, who was at home at the time, alleged that the man who was armed with a knife forced his way inside her home and sexually assaulted her.

He then fled the area on foot.

Investigations are ongoing
