The Kofhe Goodman murder trial has been adjourned yet again.
Goodman is accused of the September 2011 murder of 11-year-old Marco Archer whose body was allegedly found in bushes behind a Yorkshire Street apartment in Cable Beach.
In court Tuesday, Supreme Court Justice Bernard Turner told the jury that the matter could not proceed because two jurors were absent.
He informed them that the foreman was sick and another juror had a death in their family.
Goodman is represented by Geoffrey Farquharson while Garvin Gaskin and Neil Braithwaite represent the Attorney General’s Office.
The trial, in its sixth week, has been plagued by numerous adjournments for various reasons since it begun last month.
Sources also tell the Bahama Journal that the case is no where near completion as the prosecution still has about eight witnesses to take the stand.
The matter will resume on Tuesday, June 18th at 10:00 a.m.
