Miss Bahamas 2010 Braneka Bassett is looking to hit the big time.

The former beauty queen co-hosted BET’s popular music countdown show, 106 & Park yesterday.

The show, which aired at 6:00 p.m., serves as an audition for Bassett to serve as the permanent co-host.

The show’s regular hosts, Rocsi and Terrence J are leaving.

Miss Bahamas pageant organiser, Michelle Malcolm asked Bahamians to watch the show and then log on to BET’s website and post positive comments to boost Bassett’s chances.
