Police on Eleuthera are investigating the death of a man following a fishing trip on Saturday.

According to reports, shortly before 2:00p.m., the victim was fishing with his brother off Harbour Island, when he began to experience severe chest pains while diving in the water.

The victim was rushed to a local clinic in critical condition where he later died.
