One of two murder suspects who surrendered to police last week was on Monday arraigned in a Magistrates’ Court on that charge.
Twenty-two-year old Charlvin Laramore was charged with the July 22 murder of Torack Stuart, which occurred at a club on Bay and Armstrong streets.
The Nassau Village resident appeared in Court Number Nine before Acting Chief Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt handcuffed and shackled and was not required to enter a plea to the charge.
He was not represented by an attorney and will return to court on November 19 for a voluntary bill of indictment.
He was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prisons (HMP) until then.
Laramore was one of 15 men on the Royal Bahamas Police Force’s (RBPF) most wanted list, which was released last week.
He and another murder suspect, William Etienne both surrendered on separate occasions.
