Three armed robberies are now under investigation by police officers.

In the most recent incident, shortly after midnight on Saturday, a woman was on Tonique Williams Darling Highway, when two men armed with handguns robbed her of her white Honda Civic vehicle license number 275200 and sped off.

In another matter, shortly before midnight on Friday, a woman was at a bar Located at 6th Street and Poinciana Avenue when a man armed with a handgun robbed her of her handbag before fleeing on foot.

In the final recorded incident – shortly after 9:30 a.m. on Friday, a man was walking in the Big Pond Area, when a suspect armed with a handgun robbed him of a cell phone before fleeing in a black two-door ford mustang vehicle.

Police officers are seeking the public’s assistance in solving these latest armed robberies; the public is asked to anonymously call police at 919 or CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS.
