Two people were arraigned yesterday in the Magistrate’s Court on a conspiracy charge regarding a recent murder.

Caryn Moss, 25, of Yorkshire Street and Jamaric Green,30, of Dorsette Alley were arraigned before Chief Magistrate Andrew Forbes for conspiracy to murder O’Neil Marshall.

O’Neil was found just after midnight on May 1, dead from gunshot wounds.

Officers saw smoke coming from a vehicle in the parking lot of the old City Market building located just off Market Street. When officers examined the vehicle they found the body of a male with gunshot wounds.

Officers after finding the body, were searching for a light blue Honda vehicle.

The offense of conspiracy to murder is a non-bailable offense and the pair were not required to enter a plea.
