A 20-year-old man was arraigned before in a magistrate’s court Tuesday on murder charges connected to a night club bloodbath, which left two persons dead.
Elshadae Ferguson of Bellot Road is accused of the shooting 21-year-old Cordero Finley at Baller’s Nightclub on Mackey and East Bay Streets last month.
Ferguson was charged with intentionally causing the death of Finley on May 29.
Ferguson, who appeared before Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez yesterday afternoon, was not required to enter a plea to the charge.
He was also denied bail.
The case will be fast tracked to the Supreme Court via a voluntary bill of indictment (VBI).
Ferguson has been placed on remand at Her Majesty’s Prisons (HMP) until October 16 at 10:00 a.m.
