Authorities have closed the book on their investigations into one of several recent murders in the capital.
Police are convinced that 20-year-old Shervin Munnings is one of the men behind the April 17 murder of Rashan Sumner.
Munnings is actually the fourth person to be charged with the crime.
Deangelo Johnson, 22, and two juveniles have also been arraigned.
Munnings, a resident of Montell Heights, was also formally charged with the attempted murder of Nesley Tilme.
He was not required to enter a plea to the charges.
Munnings, who appeared before Magistrate Sabu Swain, was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prisons (HMP).
He is scheduled to return to court on May 14.
The accused was not represented by an attorney.
