A Grand Bahama man’s charred remains were found in a home that had been destroyed by fire.
Authorities in the second city received reports of a fire in Pinder’s Point near the Texaco Service Station Monday night at 8:50.
When fire fighters got on the scene they met a single storey structure engulfed in flames.
After putting out the fire they discovered the man’s charred remains in the northern section of the home.
Police say they do not know how the fire got started.
