Police in the nation’s second capital are investigating a shooting incident that has left a 21-year-old dead.

According to police reports in Grand Bahama, on Saturday in, a male was gunned down in his vehicle.

Police say that the incident occurred shortly after 10:00 p.m.

The 21-year old male while sitting in a vehicle on Frobisher Circle was shot multiple times about the body by unknown perpetrators.

The victim was taken to hospital by EMS personnel where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Police are actively investigating this matter.
