A 24-year-old Green Castle Cay, Eleuthera man drowned Sunday while swimming in waters at Musha Cay, Exuma, police have confirmed.

Police said the man drowned at 10:40 a.m.

Police at Georgetown, Exuma were notified of the incident and retrieved the man’s body.

Meantime, a 25-year-old Bimini Avenue man and a 24-year-old Rock Crusher woman were arrested after police allegedly caught them in possession of a large quantity of marijuana and a high powered weapon.

Central Division officers arrested the pair around 4:15 a.m. yesterday at Poinciana Avenue off Market Street.
