Former Director of Public Health Dr. Baldwin Carey died yesterday following a massive heart attack.

He was a gynecologist and a medical colleague of former Minister of National Security the late Dr. Bernard Nottage.

Dr. Carey served as a medical consultant at the National Insurance Board and in May he was placed on leave.

Dr. Carey was one of the country’s leading gynecologists.
