Six members of Bahamas Faith Ministries (BFM) in New Providence travelled to Washington D.C. recently for a special award of author Dr. Lucile Richardson.  She received the award for outstanding literacy work in The Authors Ball and Awards Dinner last Saturday at the Hilton, National Mall.  While in Washington, the group paid a courtesy call on Bahamas Ambassador to the United States H.E. Wendall Jones and presented him a copy of her latest book.  Accompanying Professor Richardson were Heather Sands, Carla Turner, Lynette Williams, Unetha Stuart and Sharon Campbell.
