According to police, the suspect arrested for the murder of 88-year-old Harry Harding in Long Island will be will charged today in the Magistrate’s Court.
The suspect is a 43-year-old man and he will be formally charged with murder.
Harding was found stabbed to death at his home in Clarence Town last Thursday.
According to reports, shortly before noon, police in Long Island received a report that a man was found dead at his home located in Clarence Town.
When police arrived at the scene, they met the lifeless body of a Caucasian man with multiple stabbed wounds about the body.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the suspect was arrested shortly after 11 p.m. last Saturday in Long Island.
Also appearing before the Magistrate’s Court today is a 20-year-old male who will be formally charged with the murder of Torino Tucker.
Tucker’s murder occurred on February 3, 2015 at New Hope Drive, off East Street South.
Both men will appear in court at 11 a.m.
