A man accused of chopping his lover to death a year ago will have to wait even longer before his trial begins.
Prince Hepburn, 50, is accused of killing former Bahamas Heart Association (BHA) President Nellie Mae Brown, whose hacked body was found in her South Beach home back in April 2011.
Hepburn’s trial was scheduled to begin today; however, it faced its third setback.
Justice Indra Charles is still tied up with the John Bull Rolex boutique robbery trial, which has been going on for five months.
Hepburn is now scheduled to return to court on October 16 for mention.
It is expected that at this time, he will get a new trial date.
