Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a juvenile male who was discovered in a home Sunday.

According to police, shortly after 5 p.m., they were called to a home on Faith Avenue north, off Carmichael Road, where a male was discovered unconscious, hanging from a rod in a closet. 

Paramedics were called to the scene and transported the juvenile to hospital where, a short time later, he was pronounced dead. 

An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death. 

Investigations are ongoing.
