One week after he allegedly shot and killed a 34-year-old father of four girls, Chadwick Capron, of McQuay Street was charged with intentionally and unlawfully causing the death of Bryan Smith.
According to police reports, on Easter Monday, shortly after midnight, police responded to a shooting on Forster Street, Chippingham.
When police arrived on the scene, they discovered Smith with injuries to his body. Emergency Services Personnel were called to the scene and attempted to revive him.
He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Smith was one of two men killed on the holiday weekend.
Yesterday, standing before Magistrate, Kara Turnquest-Deveaux, Capron, aka Oldie, was not required to entire a plea.
He was subsequently remanded to the Bahamas Department of Corrections until May 30th when he will return to court for service of a Voluntary Bill of Indictment.
Capron was not represented by an attorney at the arraignment.
