A trial date has been set for a man accused of the vicious killing of his girlfriend last year.

Prince Hepburn will stand trial on August 27 for murdering 42-year-old Nellie Mae Brown last April.

Senior Supreme Court Justice Jon Isaacs will preside over the trial.
