The Bahamas Utilities Holding Limited (BUH), a wholly owned subsidiary of FOCOL marks a significant milestone in the development of the LNG To Power Project for New Providence.  Photographed above are students from FOCOL’s 2025 Summer Internship  Program, many of whom are planning to study Engineering, along with Senior Members of the FOCOL and BUH Management Teams.
The significance of this event is that GE Factory Engineers were onsite this week at BUH Clifton Pier and installed a gas turbine (engine) into the 30MW GE TM2500 Gas Turbine Package, a function typically seen only in a GE Factory.
