Traffic Victim Identified

Police identified the woman killed in a traffic accident Tuesday as 32-year-old Louisena Paul of Unison Road, Carmichael Road. Authorities said the driver of a gold 1994 Ford truck, who was traveling east on Cowpen Road, struck Paul. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
