The details surrounding her death are still sketchy, but Progressive Liberal Party (PLP) Chairman Bradley Roberts confirmed that Joy Owens, 22, had died.
He said Mrs. Owens left the country yesterday to join her other daughter before heading to Arkansas, where Joy was living.
