'B' Class Eudeva And 'C' Class Sweet Island Gal Are Grand Bahama Champions

Going into the final race the series was still up for grabs.  The Eudeva held off the field and finished with 16 points and was followed by the Heathcliff with 11 points. 
After being left out of the Long Island Regatta King Eric Gibson's and his fleet of sloops are back on the sailing beat and the Ansbacher Queen was third in the B-Class with nine points tied with the Cobra. Reuben Knowles and the Passion brought up the rear in fifth. 
The Sweet Island Gal skippered by Marty Bullard won the C-Class after wining all three series races to finish with 24 points.  The Sweet Island Gal also won the C-Class title at the very competitive Long Island Regatta earlier this month and is fast becoming one of the top C-Class sloops in the country.
Jacobs Ladder skippered by Dwayne Higgins was second in the C-Class with 20 points followed by the H2O third with 18 points.  The Lady Christina was fourth with 11 points the Moustache finished with 10 points, the Dream Girl was sixth with nine points and the Queen Brigette was seventh with eight points and finishing eight was the Lady Ruthnel with seven points.
